Description: Celebrate Black Excellence at our annual Black History Parade & Festival! This family-friendly event offers something for everyone. Enjoy a variety of activities including:

- Live Music: Performances by our special guest band, Greene County Marching Band, local musicians and groups, and dance teams throughout the day.
- Food Vendors: Delicious food and treats from local vendors, offering a taste of Madison, GA.
- Craft Market: Browse and purchase handmade crafts and unique items from local artisans.
- Kids and Teen Zone: Fun activities for children, including face painting, games, and much more.
- Community Booths: Learn more about local organizations and services available in our community.
- Car and Bike Show: Come view Antique Cars and Bikes.

Parade Participants

The application deadline for all parade participants is April 5, 2025. We will notify you immediately via email if we have any problems with your application. We will not consider your application if it is not complete nor if we receive it after the deadline. A complete application includes all the information requested below. Parade entry is FREE. An organization, church, or company may have more than one entry. The parade lineup is on a first come first served basis. The parade route and parade details will be emailed a week before the event to the email listed below.

Food Vendors
$125.00
The application deadline for all food vendors is April 2, 2025. Spaces are limited and available on a first-come,
first-served basis. We will notify you immediately via email if we have any problems with your application.
We will not consider your application if it is not complete nor if we receive it after the deadline. A complete
application includes payment-make checks payable to Morgan County NAACP.
