Where our mission is to achieve equity, political rights, and social inclusion by advancing policies and practices that expand human and civil rights, eliminate discrimination, and accelerate the well-being, education, and economic security of Black people and all persons of color. As the President of Morgan County Branch of the NAACP, we support voter registration. There is a voice and power in our right to VOTE. Our voice can be heard loud and clear as a community when we vote for elected officials who will advocate for policies that are equitable for ALL people. If they choose not to advocate for those policies, we will exercise our VOTING POWER to elect officials who will.
