The Morgan County Branch of the NAACP proudly presents its 56th Annual Freedom Fund Banquet, our signature fundraising event dedicated to advancing civil rights, racial justice, educational opportunities, and community empowerment throughout Morgan County.
Guided by this year’s theme, “We the People: Engage, Empower, and Elevate,” we invite you to join us for an inspiring evening of fellowship, reflection, and celebration as we continue the work of building a stronger, more equitable community.
Featuring Pastor Robert Terrell Jr. of Union Springs Baptist Church in Rutledge, Georgia, as our featured speaker, and Larry Tinsley of V-103 as our MC, the evening will bring together community members and leaders to celebrate progress, recognize outstanding contributions, and reaffirm our shared commitment to justice and equality.
Proceeds from this signature event support the Morgan County Branch NAACP’s ongoing efforts in civil rights advocacy, scholarships, and community programs. Together, we carry forward the legacy of those who came before us while investing in a brighter future for generations to come.
